Photo Simulation – Adventure Playground
Promotional material for an Indoor caving experience – an artificial adventure environment constructed in fibreglass. The photoshoot for the launch unfortunately highlighted that the re-created stalactite features, which for occupational health and safety reason needed to be smooth, had an overtly sexual appearance. As the the experience was being pitched at pre-teen/early teens, this was deemed to be an undesirable presentation. The brief specified that the could stalactites could appear somewhat fake, but not flesh-like, because 'once seen, could not be unseen'.
