I designed, formatted and published 'Man Up – Final Evaluation Report', a full colour 254 x 178 mm perfect bound booklet. The book is available for purchase from my publishing label Apostrophe Press and online distributors worldwide, i.e. Amazon, Barnes & Noble Man Up is a three-part documentary series and social awareness campaign funded by the Movember Foundation and hosted by Triple M radio personality Gus Worland. It aims to get to the bottom of the male suicide crisis, effect real social change and hopefully even save lives. The series was initially aired on Australian free-to-air television hosted by the national broadcaster ABC. This report is an analysis of the results of a randomised controlled trial (RCT) that gauged how efficacious the documentary was in bringing about changes in help-seeking intentions and views of masculinity in a controlled environment. An online survey to examine similar outcomes in the real world. Also analyses of website and social media data to examine the collective impact of the documentary and broader digital campaign. With further investigation into which specific segments of Man Up resonated with audiences.
